MEET AND GREET
This session is $85 and we can invoice your plan manager for this.
We offer a one hour Meet and Greet session with a 4Mile staff member. Our staff member will show you around the farm and introduce you to our animals while discussing with you our different programs and activities on offer and seeing if the farm is the best fit to achieve your NDIS goals.
We can mix and match the activities depending on the individuals needs, wants, interests and how they are feeling on the day.
Everything Farm Program 1:1
$85/pp/hr
Everything Horses, Animals, Garden, Bush skills and Craft
Horses Helping Humans Program (HHH)
(price- see Price list in HHH section)
Working with horses on the ground, learning to utilise mindfulness, body language and breathing to communicate effectively with the horses.

Petting Farm 1:1

- This program is for people who would like to spend time outdoors in a working farm environment.
- This program is based on a rotation of different activities throughout the year depending on the seasons and what's going on at the farm.
- The program is founded on a holistic approach where participants are given the opportunity to engage in new skills to increase their confidence and self-awareness and make links back to their everyday life and personal self-care using our farm activities and our animals.
Horses Helping Humans Program (HHH)

Pony Pampering 1:1
$85/pp/hr
- Using our smaller ponies, clients will work one on one with them to learn grooming skills, stable care, washing, prepping, feeding out, decorating, leading, and general pampering
- Spending time with the pony on the ground.
- Developing an ongoing bond and friendship.
- Learning ground skills to lead and take ponies on adventures.
Petting Farm 1:1
$85/pp/hr
- Using our range of farm animals, clients will work one on one to learn grooming skills, washing, prepping, feeding out and general pampering
- Spending time with the farm animals on the ground.
- Developing an ongoing bond and friendship.
- Learning skills to approach and care for farm animals.
Saddle Club Program
$125/hr
$125/hr
- Lead or off lead- The rider will work one on one with the instructor to focus on riding their techniques, confidence and a progression of skills from a walk through to trott and canter in the safety of our small yards, arenas and finally open spaces.
- Includes ground safety and the tasks to prepare a horse to mount and ride and also dismount and tend to after a ride.
Bookings are essential
- Must book for all these actives
- Riders and carers must wear enclosed shoes, long pants and covered shoulders for riders.
- We provide all tack and helmets and have some riding boots here also for clients to use if needed.
- For the safety and comfort of the horse we do have a weight limit of 100kg
- All riders must be able to physically mount and dismount themselves onto and off the horse using our mount steps or walking ramp with our assistance.
- The above lessons may vary to suit clients on the day. We are very flexible and and can tailor activities to suit the needs, goals and desires of the riders.
Our Lesson Policy
- We require 48hrs notice for a cancellation. Less than 48hrs notice will be billed out.
- We will give as much notice as possible regarding rain. We do ride in light rain but may have to call off lessons in heavier rain.
